On a roll today. Just returned a survey because half the instructions were chopped off. I guess my monitor isn't wide enough.

Perhaps this forum gives a false sense of what the average turker is like, but from what I've seen, the average turker is smarter than the average requester.

 

Wish it wasn't masters. I think B is at like $250+ because of that batch

 

It was a pretty solid batch wish I was up when it first came up.

 

Not even close. I don't grind like lots of people here. I spend time with family and relax and take hours off. If something is worth working I will, if not forget about it. If I have a $5.00 day because nothing was up so be it. I won't work for cheap. But I'm near 200 which isn't bad since I took 4 days off last week.

 

This makes me feel better about my non masters $71

Just got a rejection for survey not giving a code at the end, even though I emailed them about it first.

Allowed to say which requester? I had a "no code" survey today from Jennifer Cox, Ph.D.; emailed about it and didn't get a response, but ended up with the approval. I was a little paranoid about it, so I had included pretty much all my demographic info from the survey in my email, heh.

 

Ah yes, I see it is. I guess my second email wasn't needed then.

 

You have to give us requesters some time to correct errors. I try and respond to my participants within 30 business days from the email I received. Please be patient. Our research is of the utmost importance and sometimes we get sidetracked. 30 days is more than reasonable.

 

Yeah, I'm sure she got several polite-through-clinched-teeth emails about the rejection. I still haven't gotten a response to either of the two emails I sent, but at least it was reversed.
