You mentioned maxing out yesterday just keep trying to do that and more things will open up to you and you will start earning better hourly wages. So for being on second day 30 bucks is really good if you have 50k+ hits under your belt and certain quals 30 dollars in 6 hours is horrible. Ideally you will want to and should try to make more then that but at this stage in your turking career it is very difficult. As for best time its hard to say. Probably go with something like 8-11 AM EST and after 3 PM EST till some time in the evening are probably what I would say are the best arguably but each day can be very very different so if you can you should only turk when good things are up and try and monitor all the time.
