Can't find good HITs? 12/16

As one of those "december 2012 join dates with 2+ bars and far less posts/thanks" people...something that may make it sting a little more is that I have only 1 positive rep and 5 negative ones.

The more total rep points you have, the more of an effect it has when you rep someone. So someone with low rep doesn't give you nearly as many points as someone with lower rep, and it seems that every 100 points equates to one green bar. Seriously, has nobody here ever been on a forum before?

Also, they mean absolutely nothing.
