  1. I'm making fudge for the first time. The house smells like a chocolate factory.

I've been on-again-off-again turking for about a year. It's been a good year for my "real job", I was only unemployed for a month (yay seasonal work!), which is a record for me... So mostly popping in on occasion to pass the time in the evenings. It's looking like this year is going to NOT be a good year for my "real job" so I better get to working on those numbers....

It's a chronic illness. The pain has been unmanageable lately. He's finally caved and decided to let me order some medical equipment (a walker, shower chair) but we're always two steps behind on the meds and other care he needs.

  5. Sure. Once you get going and memorize the question order and what type of product gets what type of score(Like dvds get low durable scores, high quality scores after you use it ect ect) they are really easy. I got them down to 20-25 seconds each. TO does mention rejects but I have been doing them the past few days and making bank off them and they have all been approved. They are like the new Eyeapps for me. Real easy yet people are scared to touch them. More money for me I guess.

  6. Thank you! I just started working on those this past hour. I was worried about them being approved but I'm honestly doing them, so I hope he doesn't reject.

My new 'NOPE' gif for surveys...

  8. Pretty sure the rejections were due to people spamming the same or a similar number for all the questions. So giving something edible the same durability score as a a sofa probably caused the rejections. Just do them honestly and you should be fine. He approved a bunch of mine the past couple of days so I am not all that worried.

Sorry I was eating, if there's no ta then the answer to "Have there been reviews/photos posted to ta in past x months" would be no so it's closed or unverified

Do you mean they have foreign verify open/close ones? The only foreign ones I do are for the hotels because they're mindless if you script a search of the mother cmopany's site (these ones make me more tired the later it gets)

(I think everyone chilled on the not .20 hits, I don't think anyone would've been doing these current ones had they not been mia for so long)

  10. I crawled my way to $10 with lots of Zings and Venue Quality, some lesser ToTW, and some Michelle Parker, basically.

  11. Goodbye turknology, it was fun sort of.

  12. The only people who should be "scared to touch them" are people, like those who went to TO (and r*e*d*d*i*t) and screamed to anyone who could read that Slee was unjust and, not only that, a scammer, are people who are looking for no strings attached cash. Slee is not, and never will be, a "trusted requester (wink, wink)", meaning one to accept whatever anyone throws at the wall and still pay out.

The only requirement to do this particular batch is a 98% approval rating. That means they're open to anyone (including bots). It's not often that work comes through that pays fairly, is hand reviewed (and they ALL are), and gets a prompt response to inquiries, and the only thing a worker needs to be able to participate in that potential money/numbers bonanza is a decent work ethic.

After that debacle over the last batch (that I saw, anyway), I thought we lost this requester and I'm thrilled we haven't. I love $12+ an hour, so now that I've made my point, Imma go get some money.

ETA: OCMP is my new favorite requester who'da thunk.

I think that's my cue to go to sleep :)

(I've only done 20 from slee, 19 approved, 1 pending; no complaints.)

    'night, everyone!

  18. Like 20-25 seconds. When you do enough you kind of know what scores to give what product category.

I'm not saying people should be scared to touch them. Fact of the matter is they posted batches the past 4-5 days and they last the entire day. So apparently people are. Like you said I got them down to 10/hr and it's consistent work so fuck everyone who's scared to do em. I'm not and I've been making bank off them and Sears this entire week.

  19. I desperately <3 you both. Thanks for this.
