The batch that Mark posted yesterday wasn't correct. He apologized and said that he's working hard to fix it, but couldn't post it today. More info is in his thread: http://mturkforum.com/showthread.php?4324-MedCrowd&p=101354&viewfull=1#post101354
Any good batches that I can finish quick before I call it a night? I need to finish up around 75 HITs to finish my daily 100... trying to hit 1000 HITs in the first 10 days
Oscar Smith is reliable, but doesn't pay very well. Though if you really need to hit the mark, he can help
welp, made it to my weekend goal of 25, gonna have to try to cover some extra ground this weekend tho... think i'm just going to take a nap and wake up at 3 and get an early start on tomorrow...
Crowdsource can be weird sometimes. They will do super fast approvals and payments, but then some random time at night it's like some guy is like..... ENOUGH, Let's pack it up till morning.

I got a rejection today from Clayton Nall. It was definitely my fault for missing the code, but I immediately sent him a message saying I had missed it and I described the survey, the specifically the last page of it. And then he just straight up rejected it. Ugh I hate douche bag requesters...
I know I'm probably a little behind, but I only got to page 110 of the thread before I felt the strong urge to comment I only started MTurk like, a month and a half ago I'd say? I don't have any special quals besides the one for medcrowd. I don't do any writing tasks or transcription work.. And I make between $30-$50 a day, not counting Saturday and Sunday. I owe a lot of that to this forum. What I do is wake up and come on the computer around 10 A.M.. I rack up as many surveys as I can without screwing myself over with the countdown clock, and then I search for some more. For the past week by 1 P.M I'm already up to $20. Sure, that's not $10 an hour, but while I get through my last semester of college, It's enough. By 4 P.M I'm up to $40 on good survey days.. Then I take a break, do whatever school assignments I need to do, whatever. At night if I'm in the mood I come on and turk some more, either random surveys posted or the batches. Just trying to say that $50 a day isn't impossible for the average person with no quals. You just need to commit yourself to it for a few hours a day and find a way that works for you. For those 6 hours I'm on, no one in my house can even speak to me because I'm not paying attention and will block them out, lol. In a week I make $200-250 a week on here, which is the same amount I made with my last job at an after school program. Instead, I get to sit in my nice warm house, have plenty of time for my college work, answer the phone if I have to, and relax. I prefer this much better! Just wanted to put my two cents in P.S. When I FIRST started I was making only $2-3 an hour and I was saying, "wtf, how is this even worth my time??" but after awhile when/if you get in a groove, your hourly wage will go up.
Yeah I started three days ago and it's going very slow right now, (just aiming for 10 bucks a day and trying to get at least 50-75 HIT's a day. and I have to say without this forum I would be completely lost lol. I can't wait til I get the hang of it and can make a steady wage of 6-8 bucks on top of the minimum wage job I currently hold were I get payed min wage to sit on my laptop watching over a weight room... then the money will fly in!
Are you sure there was a code ? I did one today and I'm thinking it was Nall where I did not see a code and I am pretty OCD about looking for those. I put in my worker ID and mailed them. I hope he makes it right for you his TO is middling anyhow.
keep truckin man, i started at 5-10 dollars for the first few months then found my requestors and it was off from there. Now pulling in about 300-500 a week. Youll get there if you are persistent.
Not sure if this is a repost. Title: Write a few sentences and make some money in under 5 minutes! There's a shit ton of 35 second Claritrans clips up that are mostly just music. .12 a piece. Just an FYI.
Watching over a weight room? That sounds interesting! LOL You'll get there, don't worry. Try to catch some Crowdflower batches (like the video sentiment ones, I love those), or Crowdsource. Even if they are only .4-.5 hits, it really adds up as long as they are easy ones.
Not sure if its a repost Title: Anonymous survey on thinking and decision making Requester: Haotian Zhou [ASWEYIJ8SFW6] (TO) Description: In this short anonymous survey (takes about 4 minutes without distraction to complete), you will be completing some simple tasks related to memory, imagination, perception etc Reward: $0.20 Qualifications: Total approved HITs has been granted, HIT approval rate (%) is not less than 95, Location is US Link: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=2E3PVP3TVOK5XJ967SYQKOZK4ST14J Powered by non-amazonian script monkeys Took 3-4 minutes.
I'm pretty ocd with them also and I don't think I saw one. I messaged him again but yeah with his TO I'm not really expecting anything. So yours is pending right now?
