I emailed him yesterday and he said that if you've tried their Facebook (if available) and they just have a contact page w/ no email put N/A and if the link is broken trying doing a quick google search to see if they have a new site (which is very rare but I saw a few) put broken link.

    HELL YEAH!

Regarding how your location fits in with HIT qualifications, if you have registered for your account with a U.S. address you are able to accept and complete HITs with a U.S. location-based qualification even if you are traveling outside the country.

However, I would strongly recommend contacting the Requester of the HIT directly prior to doing so to let them know that you are a U.S. resident traveling outside of the States. Occasionally, Workers will register for accounts with U.S. based addresses, even if they are living outside of the U.S. Because they were getting mixed results, some Requesters have started monitoring the IP addresses of their HIT participants to ensure that their results are truly coming from residents of the U.S. If you contacted them beforehand, you could get an answer as to whether or not your HIT would be accepted if you were not physically in the country, and prevent any unexpected rejections.
